| Top quality solid Oak floors unfinished, choose from our extensive range of solid Oak floors that are kept in stock for immediate despatch. All our unfinished Oak floors are tongue and grooved and end matched, i.e. tongue and grooved on all four sides and machined to exacting tolerances. These floors will require a light sanding and finishing with a lacquer or oil dependent on your taste. Available in many different widths these boards are supplied in random lengths, you will receive a mixture of lengths when ordering these floors and the boards should be laid randomly to create that authentic Oak planked floor look. |

| Prime grade often referred to as select or classic grade is the highest quality grading in timber, displays light grain markings, slight colour variations and very few and infrequent small knots. |

| Rustic grade also known as character or natural grade is more rugged and shows more character than prime, can display heavy grain markings and figuring, wider colour variations and frequent knots. A vibrant floor with character and excitement. |

| Note: It is common for unfinished floors to contain a small amount of timber that contains some small shakes and splits in knots which will require filling with a suitable wood filler prior to finishing. |
