We offer free samples of our Ultima Plank wood floors. We initially charge £3.00 for a sample, up to a maximum of 3 samples per customer, this charge is refunded if you buy a floor from us over the value of £350.00 ex vat.
Samples must be ordered online.To order a sample click the "order samples" link on the page that contains the floor that you are interested in, the link will forward you to our sister web site which is ecommerce enabled. Simply choose the floor sample you require using the reference code, click "add to cart", when you are finished click "checkout". |

Before you order samples please think carefully about the floor you require.
We limit sample orders to 3 samples per customer. Effectively this is a free service as we will refund the cost of the samples when you order a floor from us, please also bear in mind that sending samples costs us much more than £3.00 per sample and we send out hundreds of samples per week, for this reason and to keep our costs down please do not order multiple widths of the exact same floor, i.e. one sample each of our 90mm, 120mm and 150mm country collection Oak is unnecessary as the timber on all three floors is exactly the same, it's just the widths that are different.
Note: Orders that contain multiple widths of the same floor will be rejected and we will send out only one width of sample.
Samples are despatched by our warehouse staff. In most cases you will receive your samples within 2 to 5 working days.
